  • Digital Detox: End the cycle of short-form "doom-scrolling" and brain-rot content. If it doesn't build your intellect or your skills, it's poison.

  • Physicality: A movement is only as strong as its members. Get in the gym, learn a skill, and become a person of high value.

  • Drugs: cut the daily, weekly weed or alcohol usage. Your young you got plenty of time to sit around and goy max when your 60.

  • Focus: There’s far too many distractions in the modern world, you must stay focused on your goals and sharpen your skills. If your the type to bounce around topics and what you want to be/goals then pick one and stay laser focused on it. don’t be afraid of the propaganda filled colleges if your goals need college you must focus all your time cut the social bullshit and lock in. America we Strive for needs more great men and in higher positions to Start the revolution.

  • READ: My whole life i was a book hater, I only now have realized the damage that has done. No excuses on not reading even if you have to start by reading a couple pages a day. Beware of the bullshit TikTok philosophy and Health/lifestyle books especially the more modern ones. This is a pretty gay typical book guy saying but stick to the classics in the topic you choose to read. at least at the start.
